As a Data Center Technician, you will serve as a primary resolver for the support team. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware infrastructure issues. You will support and share knowledge of these technologies with team members, possess system administration skills, and work autonomously to resolve server issues. This position requires an understanding of all aspects of the equipment you support and the ability to work well within a team., * Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware infrastructure issues.

Experience: Must possess basic to intermediate system administration skills.

Citizenship: As required by federal government contracts, logical access to the AWS GovCloud region is restricted to U.S. Citizens.

The pay rate for this position ranges from $22.00 to $26.00 per hour.
