IT Professional

We are seeking an IT Professional who can bridge the gap between technical contractors and non-technical staff. Despite the title, this role focuses heavily on IT vendor management, project coordination, and helpdesk triage within a structured environment., To be successful in this position, you must have at least 5 years of experience in the following core areas:

• Vendor & Contractor Management: Coordinating external IT vendors, tracking deliverables, and ensuring accountability.
• Project & Ticket Coordination: Managing help desk triage, tracking open tickets, and escalating issues as needed.
• Asset Tracking: Managing IT hardware inventory and software licenses.
• Website Content Coordination: Managing and organizing website updates (no hands-on coding or development required).

• 3+ years of general networking, systems, and Microsoft Office productivity tools knowledge (awareness level to effectively triage issues).
• Familiarity with State/Government compliance and cybersecurity awareness is highly desired.
