Job description
- Manage and mentor a team of 6-8 network and system engineers
- Oversee design, implementation, and support of network and server infrastructure
- Lead network operations including routing, switching, firewalls, patching, upgrades, and configuration
- Partner with security leadership to implement security standards and support cybersecurity initiatives
- Provide technical leadership for infrastructure-related projects
- Occasional travel to other company locations
Requirements
Do you have experience in Telecommunications network device configuration?, * 7+ years of experience in network, server, or system administration
- Strong experience with:
- Network design (routing, switching, firewalls)
- Infrastructure operations and support
- Prior team leadership/management experience
- Experience in manufacturing (or utilities as an alternative)
Nice to Haves:
- Aruba routers / switches
- Windows Server
