System Integration Specialist - SOUTHCOM EDA

• Proposed personnel possess the knowledge and capability to integrate JIRA, GitLab, and other IT service management tools, ensuring seamless data synchronization and workflow automation.

• Personnel must be proficient in API integrations, system interoperability, and secure authentication protocols.

• Strong scripting and automation skills are required to streamline data exchange between platforms.

Required Qualifications and Skills (Must Be Reflected on Your Resume):

• An Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field -OR- A minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience in system integration.

• Personnel must have demonstrated experience in integrating ITSM platforms, developing API-based solutions, and ensuring secure identity federation. Experience with OAuth, SAML, and enterprise authentication protocols is required.

• CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI

Desired but not Required Certifications:

• ITIL Foundation Certification

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect
