Job description
Act as the primary LVC SME supporting planning, design, and execution of Marine Corps training events Coordinate with MTEN, NCTE, and JLVC teams to align systems, personnel, and event execution Lead integration of new systems and upgrades, ensuring alignment with technical and training requirements Communicate directly with military, government, and contractor leadership on operations, risks, and requirements Track and resolve technical issues using JIRA/Confluence, providing clear status updates to stakeholders Support both on-site and distributed exercises, including occasional schedule shifts for global operations, Industry leader in LVC training and mission readiness systems Supporting critical national defense programs across C5ISR, cyber, AI, and simulation environments Collaborative culture built on accountability, innovation, and mission-first mindset
Work Environment
On-site at Marine Corps Base Quantico May include office, lab, or operational/training environments Ability to work flexible hours and occasional extended schedules to meet mission needs
Requirements
Bachelor's + 9 years experience (or equivalent combination of education/experience) Hands-on experience supporting LVC training environments at the operational or tactical level Strong communication skills with ability to interface across technical and leadership teams Proficiency with MS Office tools Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to upgrade to TS, Prior military leadership experience Experience with training range operations and management Knowledge of C4I systems and operational environments Familiarity with JSAF, Marine Constructive Suite, HLA/DIS modeling tools Background supporting USMC or aviation training environments
