Job Duties, but not limited to:
Architect and buildthe MLOps backbone of our AI products, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
Collaborate multi-functionallywith team members, designers, and engineers to define and implement technical requirements.
Deploy sophisticated ML modelsat customer sites, ensuring seamless integration and high performance in production air-gapped environments.
Stay ahead of the curveby integrating the latest ML/AI research into real-world applications.
Lead the data pipeline-from dataset selection and preprocessing to quality assurance and model training.
Lead experimentationand statistical analysis to fine-tune models for optimal accuracy and efficiency.
Mentor and inspirejunior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Requirements
Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
Benefits & conditions
Base Pay Range: $111,900.00 - $190,200.00 Annually
Primary Location: USA-MI-Ann Arbor-KLA
