Job description
- Collect, analyze, and manage geospatial data using GIS tools (ArcGIS, QGIS, etc.)
- Create high-quality maps, visualizations, and spatial reports for internal teams and clients
- Support environmental, land use, infrastructure, or planning-related projects
- Perform spatial analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Maintain and update GIS databases, layers, and metadata
- Assist with field data collection and GPS data integration when needed
- Collaborate with engineers, environmental scientists, and project managers
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality control of all geospatial data

We're seeking a motivated GIS Analyst to join our growing team in Stamford, CT. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with spatial data, mapping technologies, and environmental analysis while collaborating with experienced professionals., * Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Environmental Science, or related field
- Familiarity with GIS software (ArcGIS Pro, ArcMap, or QGIS)
- Basic understanding of spatial analysis, cartography, and geodatabases
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to communicate findings clearly through maps and reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment, * Internship or project experience using GIS tools
- Exposure to Python, SQL, or other data tools for spatial analysis
- Experience with remote sensing, GPS data collection, or environmental data
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or other mapping/design software

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Stamford, CT. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
