Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Google Cloud Contact Center Solution Engineer with strong experience in Contact Center technologies and cloud-based conversational AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Google CCAI, Dialogflow, and Google Cloud Platform, along with a solid development background in Java/J2EE.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software development

  • Strong knowledge of Contact Center and IVR technologies

  • Hands-on experience with:

  • Google CCAI Platform

  • Google Dialogflow

  • Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)

  • Proficiency in Java/J2EE

  • Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP)

  • Familiarity with GitHub, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines

  • Understanding of Conversational AI and Prompt Engineering

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
