Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Snowflake & Cloud Data Engineer with deep expertise in enterprise data architecture, cloud-native data platforms, and AI-enabled data ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing scalable and governed data solutions using Snowflake, including Snowflake Cortex AI, while driving large-scale cloud transformation initiatives., * Design and implement enterprise-scale cloud data platforms using Snowflake.

  • Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance data ecosystems across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Lead on-premise to cloud migration initiatives for enterprise data warehouses and analytics platforms.
  • Develop and optimize enterprise data models, ELT/ETL frameworks, and data pipelines.
  • Leverage Snowflake Cortex AI and AI-enabled architectures to support advanced analytics and intelligent automation.
  • Implement AI accelerators to automate development, migration, testing, and data quality validation processes.
  • Establish data governance, security, metadata management, and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership to define data strategy and roadmap.
  • Optimize Snowflake performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Support modern analytics, AI/ML, and real-time data processing initiatives.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance to engineering teams.

Requirements

This role requires hands-on technical expertise, architecture leadership, and the ability to accelerate modernization programs using AI-driven automation for development, migration, and data quality processes., * Strong expertise in Snowflake architecture, administration, and optimization.

  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake Cortex AI and AI-enabled data solutions.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
  • Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong experience in ETL/ELT tools, SQL, Python, and data pipeline development.
  • Expertise in cloud migration strategies and modernization programs.
  • Experience implementing data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of AI accelerators, automation frameworks, and modern data engineering practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Snowflake certifications preferred.
  • Experience with AI/ML integration and modern analytics platforms.
  • Exposure to DevOps/DataOps/MLOps practices.
  • Experience working in enterprise-scale transformation programs.
  • Familiarity with real-time streaming and event-driven architectures.
