Job description
- EverBank is seeking an experienced Salesforce Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, governance, and continuous enhancement of the Salesforce platform within a regulated banking environment
- The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, banking operations, Agile product management, and enterprise integrations.
- This role will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring Salesforce capabilities effectively support commercial banking, retail banking, compliance, and operational objectives., * Define, own, and execute the Salesforce platform product roadmap aligned with business goals, stakeholder priorities, and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the primary Salesforce Subject Matter Expert (SME) for banking business units including commercial banking, retail banking, and compliance teams.
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories, product features, and platform enhancements.
- Lead backlog grooming, prioritization, sprint planning, and release management using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Business Analysts, and Integration Teams.
- Govern platform enhancements, change management processes, and release controls across multi-system environments.
- Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and consistency across Salesforce and integrated enterprise systems.
- Drive adoption and evaluation of emerging Salesforce technologies including Agentforce, Einstein AI, and Financial Services Cloud capabilities.
- Manage opportunity lifecycle workflows, revenue reporting, forecasting, and pipeline data quality initiatives.
- Support executive leadership through accurate reporting and actionable business insights.
- Oversee integrations between Salesforce and core banking systems, document management platforms, and third-party applications.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, present product roadmaps, communicate priorities, and drive consensus.
- Lead platform adoption initiatives, user training programs, and change management efforts.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Product Management or Product Ownership experience
- 3+ years managing Salesforce platforms within Banking or Financial Services organizations
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
- Experience with Salesforce platform governance, workflows, configuration, and process automation
- Strong understanding of banking operations including:
- Commercial Lending
- Loan Origination
- Client Onboarding
- Payments Processing
- Agile/Scrum product management experience
- Hands-on experience with:
- JIRA
- Confluence
- Salesforce integration experience using:
- REST APIs
- .Middleware Platforms
- Data Pipelines
- Experience managing complex enterprise-level initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Experience with reporting, analytics, pipeline management, and business intelligence solutions, * Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Product Owner
- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional Certification
- Experience with nCino Bank Operating System
- Experience supporting commercial loan origination and lifecycle management
- Knowledge of Einstein GPT
- Experience implementing Agentforce Automation
- Familiarity with predictive analytics and AI-driven banking solutions

Additional Notes:
