Job description
As a Data Center Technician, you will serve as a primary resolver for the support team, tasked with troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware infrastructure issues. This role requires basic to intermediate system administration skills and the ability to work autonomously to resolve server issues. You will support and share knowledge of these technologies with team members while understanding all aspects of the equipment you support., * Serve as a primary resolver for troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware infrastructure issues.

Requirements
Citizenship: As required by federal government contracts, logical access to the AWS GovCloud region is restricted to U.S. Citizens.
Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate system administration skills and proficiency in troubleshooting complex hardware infrastructure.
Benefits & conditions
The pay rate for this position is between $22.00 and $26.00 per hour. Compensation may vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
