UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our software development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and a proven track record of creating user centered designs that enhance user experience. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet user needs and business goals., * Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into the design process.

• Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Ability to create user personas, journey maps, and user flows.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in front end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines.
• Knowledge of user research methodologies and tools.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment., * Bachelor's degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 10+years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
