Job description

We are seeking a Production Support Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for responding to and resolving technical support issues, managing user queries, and handling feed and batch support items. The ideal candidate will utilize various framework tools for updates and reporting, manage incidents, and contribute to documentation and knowledge management., * Respond to and resolve technical support issues for CPM.

  • Manage the user query mailbox and ensure timely responses.
  • Address feed and batch support items, including managing alerts and monitoring.
  • Utilize framework tools such as ITSM, ITRS, JIRA, DynaTrace, and Splunk for updates and reporting.
  • Manage incidents, provide user notifications, and handle escalations.
  • Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge management.
  • Coordinate with development teams to follow up on resolutions.
  • Assist with metrics reporting and business continuity testing.
  • Organize and lead meetings for issue resolution.
  • Identify opportunities for automation to reduce manual tasks.

Requirements

Experience: 3 to 5 years of Production Support experience.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong SQL knowledge.
  • Strong UNIX / LINUX knowledge.
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Working knowledge of ITIL.
  • Working knowledge of ITRS, DynaTrace, and Splunk.
  • Working knowledge of Autosys and Bob jobs.
  • Python scripting knowledge.

Professional Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent project and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a multi-regional team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Financial industry experience.
  • Knowledge of Market Risk.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology.
  • Operations exposure with Windows OS.
  • Working knowledge of Tableau.
