Job description

  • Manage a dedicated book of business from onboarding through quarterly and annual reviews.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client owners, stakeholders, and C-level executives.
  • Ensure clients' technology aligns with their business goals and corporate objectives.
  • Establish and communicate long-term IT strategies and technology roadmaps for clients.
  • Conduct regular technology alignment meetings with clients and internal teams.
  • Create, review, and explain Scopes of Work (SOWs).
  • Recommend strategic technology solutions aligned with client business needs.
  • Coordinate with System Analysts, Service Desk teams, and project teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
  • Take ownership of client concerns, escalations, and strategic initiatives.
  • Represent client interests internally and advocate for successful outcomes.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party technology providers as needed.
  • Maintain proactive communication regarding action items, recommendations, and next steps.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Windows support?, * Minimum of 5 years of experience providing SMB technical and business guidance

  • Broad knowledge of IT best practices within the SMB market
  • Experience working directly with C-level executives
  • Experience establishing long-term IT strategy
  • Working experience with Microsoft Windows Servers and desktop environments
  • Working experience with networking, switching, storage, firewall, and virtualization technologies
  • Vendor management experience
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Authorization to work in the United States, * Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities effectively
  • Desire to continually learn new technologies and improve skill set
