Job description
We are seeking a highly experienced Delivery Manager / Senior Project Manager with strong expertise in Program and Project Management within the Banking domain. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking and tactical execution capabilities, with proven experience managing large-scale implementations in matrixed environments., * Lead and manage end-to-end project/program delivery across multiple workstreams.

Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and delivery strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organizational setup.

Drive alignment across technology, business, and external stakeholders.

Ensure seamless communication across geographies and business units.

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.

Manage expectations and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

Create and present executive-level status reports and dashboards.

Leverage tools such as: JIRA (project tracking and workflows) Tableau (data visualization and reporting) Excel (advanced reporting and analysis)

Provide clear visibility into project health, risks, and dependencies

Identify, track, and mitigate RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)

Proactively escalate risks and provide mitigation strategies

Ensure proper governance and compliance throughout the project lifecycle

Plan and coordinate large-scale release activities

Develop detailed runbooks and release plans

Monitor execution and ensure timely issue resolution and escalation

Drive proactive problem-solving during release cycles

Establish and enforce project management best practices

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and delivery metrics

Ensure adherence to quality, timelines, and budget constraints
Requirements
- 4-6 years in Project Management Frameworks.
- 1-3 years in Project/Program Management roles.
- Experience in Banking/Financial Services domain (PSP Defined SCU preferred), * Strong Program & Project Management expertise
- Experience working in matrixed and cross-functional environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in JIRA, Tableau, and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Expertise in risk management and RAID tracking
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Benefits & conditions
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:100000 - 130000

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
