They will be creating RMA's, return shipping labels, and closing cases for all global customers. Requirements
- Must have excellent written communication skills
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Experience navigating multiple systems at a time
- Experience Creating RMA's and creating shipping and return labels is a plus!!
Benefits & conditions
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scottsdale, AZ. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
