Job description

We have an immediate opening for a Lead/Senior Java Developer in McLean, VA. We are looking for strong backend Java professionals experience and excellent expertise in AWS cloud technologies and big data processing. Candidates must be local to McLean, VA, or nearby locations, as this role requires an in-person face-to-face interview.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Java development
  • Hands-on experience with Apache Spark
  • Experience with AWS Glue and AWS Step Functions
  • Strong database experience with PostgreSQL and DynamoDB
  • Experience building scalable backend/microservices applications
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native application development on AWS
  • Banking/Financial industry experience preferred
