Job description
We are currently looking for an ICT VIP Support Engineer to deliver high-quality, white-glove IT support to top-level stakeholders, based in the center of Brussels., * Provide VIP support (hardware & software) including troubleshooting (SPAM, phishing, connectivity, etc.)
- Manage incidents end-to-end and ensure resolution within strict SLAs
- Handle on-site interventions, scheduling, and priority management
- Support and manage Mac & Windows environments (±100 Macs / ±200 PCs)
- Configure and support mobile devices (smartphones & tablets)
- Participate in ICT rollouts, migrations, and deployments
- Maintain and update technical documentation
- Follow up on equipment orders and ensure smooth delivery
- Support VIP events and specific IT-related activities
- Contribute to cybersecurity awareness initiatives
Technical environment Windows 10/11, macOS, Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, Jamf, VPN (Checkpoint/AnyConnect), networking basics, VMware, Exchange, SharePoint, mobile OS (iOS, Android), and more.
Requirements
- Strong experience in VIP/Executive IT support
- Professional, service-oriented, and able to represent the IT team at executive level
- Excellent communication and discretion (confidentiality is key)
- Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively
- Languages: French, Dutch, and good level of English required
