Job description

We're working with a growing technology company operating in the gaming solutions sector is looking for a (QA) Support Specialist to join its technical operations team.

This role combines quality assurance testing, technical troubleshooting, hardware (deployment) and operational support. You will play a key role in ensuring that hardware systems, software releases, and client deployments meet the highest standards of reliability and performance.

Responsibilities

QA Testing & System Validation

  • Perform functional and regression testing on hardware and software releases.
  • Validate system stability, performance, and compatibility prior to deployment.
  • Identify, reproduce, and document technical issues and inconsistencies.
  • Assist in improving QA procedures, testing workflows, and release validation processes.
  • Maintain detailed release documentation and testing records.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide technical support for hardware and system-related issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical faults both remotely and on-site.
  • Investigate recurring system issues and assist in root cause analysis.
  • Support clients during installations, updates, and operational incidents.
  • Work closely with internal technical teams to ensure rapid issue resolution.

Hardware Deployment & Operations

  • Prepare, configure, and deploy hardware systems for client installations.
  • Install and configure equipment on customer sites.
  • Manage hardware inventory and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock levels.
  • Ensure all deployed systems are tested and operational before delivery.
  • Assist with ongoing maintenance and replacement of hardware components when required.

Requirements

  • Technical background in electronics, electricity, IT support, or hardware systems.
  • Experience with QA testing, technical validation, or system troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of hardware installation and diagnostics.
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals and system configuration.
  • Experience supporting physical devices, kiosks, terminals, or gaming systems is considered a plus.
  • Ability to document technical processes and testing results accurately.
  • Comfortable working in both independent and team-oriented environments.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on reliability and quality.
