Robotics Software Engineer

Our Robotics Software Engineer plays a crucial role in building, deploying and running robotics software, both in the cloud and on the edge. You apply and integrate tooling to build, deploy and run robotics software. You work on both our internal software as software we build for our customers.

We're looking for a Robotics Software Engineer with hands-on experience in a Linux environment and robotics software tools. For this role, you are working full time at our main office in Leuven, Belgium., * Have a 'can-do' mentality to solve and demonstrate hands-on robotics software projects.

• Love interacting with people around the globe to help and build robotics technology for a wide variety of industries.
• Feel at ease joining a passionate technical discussion & love working in a team., * Master in Information Technology or Robotics Engineering, * Fluent on Linux systems and experienced with building and shipping C++ and/or Python software
• 3+ years of experience developing software
• You take ownership of a given mission and the tasks to achieve that mission
• You take initiative to identify and solve important problems, coordinating with others on cross-cutting technical issues
• Analytical mindset and eager to learn
• You can work independently while being a team player with good reporting skills
• English Language proficiency (written & verbal)
