Job description
- Test Strategy & Execution: You will lead the requirements-driven development, coordination, and execution of both automated and manual tests for high-voltage battery software.
- Environment Management: You will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and continually optimizing our test environments to guarantee seamless operations.
- Troubleshooting & Optimization: When tests fail, you will analyze the root causes, propose effective solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to refine our testing processes.
- Validation & Collaboration: Working hand-in-hand with the development team, you will play a key role in concept validation and software verification.
- Reporting & Communication: You will compile comprehensive test reports and present these findings clearly to both internal departments and external clients.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Software testing?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Education: A degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- Experience: Several years of professional experience in the automotive sector, specifically focused on software testing. You bring deep expertise in HiL, MiL, and SiL (Hardware-, Model-, and Software-in-the-Loop) systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with vehicle bus systems and sensor technology. You have hands-on experience using industry-standard tools such as ECU-TEST (TraceTronic), INCA (ETAS), ControlDesk (dSpace), and Python.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative team spirit.
- Languages: Fluency in both German and English.
