IT Portfolio Manager for Flight Test (H/F)

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a IT Portfolio Manager Flight Test (f/m) to join the Flight Test & Simulations department based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team developing Method and Tool projects. As part of the Flight Test & Avionics Team, you will be involved in Information Management (IM) Technology Services aiming at supporting Flight Test products, company digitalization and managing a yearly budget of ~6M€., * Plan and manage the annual budget (~6M€) required to support all Flight Test portfolio activities and transformation projects.

• Optimize the flow of value through the Flight Test Products and Solution Train using Agile tools (Jira, VersionOne) and lead team ceremonies.
• Secure design quality, delivery commitments, and manage the performance of external service providers including offshore teams in India.
• Align Flight Test strategies with long-term IM strategic planning while tackling technical debt and compliance topics (Export Control).
• Support the business with future needs regarding Microsoft decommissioning, Oracle Sunset, Move to Cloud, and Data Analytics/Machine Learning.

• Proven professional experience in IT operational environments and IT Project/Portfolio Management.
• Strong expertise in DevOps concepts, AWS, Cloud architectures, and Cybersecurity regulations.
• Solid background in budget management, financial tracking, and vendor supply chain performance.
• Deep knowledge of functional areas related to embedded computers design.
• Advanced proficiency in English and French to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment., This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.
