Job description
We are looking for a highly motivated IT Support Level 1 professional to join our client's team in Breda. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide high-quality support in a fast-paced environment. You will act as the first point of contact for IT-related issues and ensure smooth day-to-day operations., * Provide Level 1 technical support for end users (in person, via phone, and email)
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices and applications
- Log and track support tickets, ensuring timely resolution
- Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 teams as needed
- Support onboarding/offboarding activities
- Maintain documentation and follow IT processes and standards
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * Fluency in English and Dutch (both required)
- Previous experience in Level 1 IT Support or Service Desk role
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and basic networking
- Experience supporting hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, etc.)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
