Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated IT Support Level 1 professional to join our client's team in Breda. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide high-quality support in a fast-paced environment. You will act as the first point of contact for IT-related issues and ensure smooth day-to-day operations., * Provide Level 1 technical support for end users (in person, via phone, and email)

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices and applications
  • Log and track support tickets, ensuring timely resolution
  • Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 teams as needed
  • Support onboarding/offboarding activities
  • Maintain documentation and follow IT processes and standards

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Fluency in English and Dutch (both required)

  • Previous experience in Level 1 IT Support or Service Desk role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and basic networking
  • Experience supporting hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
