Job description

About the role: Evos is looking for a SharePoint Developer to design, develop, and manage Microsoft SharePoint environments that support collaboration, document management, and information sharing across the organization.

In this role, you will combine technical development with platform administration. You will build and maintain SharePoint solutions (including workflows, integrations, and user interfaces), while also ensuring the platform is secure, scalable, and well-governed.

Reporting to the Group IT Operations Manager, you will act as a bridge between business users, IT, and security teams, translating functional needs into practical and reliable SharePoint solutions.

You will also contribute to IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives, supporting the development of a modern and effective digital workplace within Evos., * Administer and manage SharePoint Online and on-prem environments, including site provisioning, configuration, lifecycle management, and performance

  • Handle incidents and problems end-to-end, including root cause analysis and preventive improvements
  • Build and maintain SharePoint solutions (sites, libraries, templates, content types, navigation)
  • Develop automations and integrations using Power Automate, Power Apps, and (where applicable) SPFx
  • Design and implement information architecture, including taxonomy, metadata, and site structures
  • Improve content findability through search optimization and consistent metadata usage
  • Establish governance controls, including naming conventions, access management, and site classification
  • Ensure compliance with security and data policies, including permissions and sharing controls
  • Support audits and maintain documentation, runbooks, and configuration standards
  • Support migration and modernization activities from on-prem to SharePoint Online
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, security, and the business to ensure effective adoption and use of SharePoint

Requirements

Do you have experience in Software troubleshooting?, * Strong interest in IT and willingness to continuously develop your knowledge

  • Experience with SharePoint Online and on-prem administration (sites, permissions, configuration, troubleshooting)
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 integrations (Azure AD / Entra ID, Teams, OneDrive, security/sharing models)
  • Experience in building SharePoint solutions (libraries, content types, metadata, navigation)
  • Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • Basic understanding of SPFx (development or troubleshooting)
