Interim Program Manager International SAP S/4HANA implementation

We have a great temporary assignment for an interim Program Manager for a SAP S/4HANA implementation. It is an implementation in The Netherlands and Germany with international stakeholders in the parent companies. This program is being conducted in collaboration with a consultancy company (Supplier). The interim Program Manager is responsible for managing the business side of the client (around 20 Stream Leads) and acts as a counterpart to the Supplier Program Manager (who also manages around 20 Stream Leads).

The scope of the program concerns Procure2Pay, Order2Cash, Trade & Risk Mngt, Schedule2Produce, Acquire2require (Assets), Record2Report, Cross Functional Analytics & Reporting.

The program started beginning of 2026. The business processes have already been documented. The Design Phase is just finished. The implementation phase is set to begin in June and is expected to run until December 2027.

Right now we need an interim Program Manager who can run the implementation.

Key Responsibilities.

Lead day-to-day delivery of the SAP S/4HANA Program * Manage PMO governance, reporting frameworks, and delivery controls.

Oversee planning, execution, and tracking of all milestones and workstreams.

Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and formal change control.

Drive resource planning, onboarding, and overall capacity management.

Managing SI commercial models, deliverables, and contractual obligations, including change requests, budget adherence, and performance management.

Ensure alignment of key SteerCo stakeholders and support producing executive-level reporting

Do you have experience in SAP S/4HANA?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?
