HR IT Applications Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR IT Applications Manager to lead and optimize enterprise HR technology platforms, with a primary focus on Oracle HCM Cloud (Redwood UX) and UKG/Kronos Workforce Management solutions.

This role is ideal for a technology leader who can bridge the gap between HR, Operations, and IT, while driving system improvements, integrations, governance, and team leadership., * Lead administration, support, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud applications.

• Manage UKG/Kronos Workforce Management platforms and related business processes.
• Serve as the primary technology advisor to HR, Operations, and IT leadership.
• Oversee integrations between Oracle HCM, Payroll, Kronos, and third-party applications.
• Lead, mentor, and develop HR technology support teams while managing vendors and strategic initiatives.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Do you have experience in Workforce management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 5-7+ years of experience leading IT Applications teams

• 3+ years of people management experience
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including:
• Core HR
• Recruiting
• Learn

• Payroll
• Experience supporting Oracle Redwood User Experience (UX)
• Strong experience with UKG/Kronos Workforce Management solutions:
• Timekeeping
• Scheduling
• Labor Tracking
• Experience managing Oracle HCM integrations with payroll and third-party systems
• SDLC experience within an enterprise environment
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
