Job description

  • Provides expert-level oversight of program and functional managers across a broad portfolio of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) and Information Technology (IT) programs
  • Consults on program execution to include multiple agency partnering, opportunity assessments, resource allocations, and/or risk identification on technical and developmental issues
  • Directs and evaluates cost, schedule, and performance of complex technical efforts
  • Solicit operational/technical requirements, then prepare supporting documentation to include statements of work, and submit for approval/processing
  • Track status of various acquisitions from submission through award, support contract administration to include management of contract deliverables; and track obligations/ expenditures
  • Interface with external agencies to facilitate collaboration, data and product sharing and integration of intelligence
  • Facilitate technical exchanges and implement processes for broader community awareness of Intelligence R&D efforts across the Air Force enterprise
  • Develops and presents briefings to executive and senior level customer personnel

Requirements

Do you have experience in Project management in technology?, Do you have a Master's degree?, Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret (TS) with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) adjudication Education: Master's degree Years of Experience: 9 years of experience supporting DoD and/or Intelligence Community (IC) technical project management activities. Additional Experience:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
  • Familiarity with ISR and intelligence disciplines
  • Effective, efficient written and oral communication skills
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily direction
  • Ability to work and interact with technically and organizationally diverse personnel
