Job description
The Intel Information Security organization is seeking an Identity Architect. The candidate chosen for this role will assist senior engineers with design, architecture, and build of secure classified products to support USG operations., * Responsible for secure design development and architecture for Intel's client hardware and software products and services. More specifically, responsibilities include developing E2E client identity solution architectures using client HW capabilities and supporting engineering system specifications.
- Collaborates with strategic planning, ecosystem partners and other stakeholders to provide architecture recommendations and solutions.
- You have a strong knowledge of identity ecosystem and protocols including OpenID Connect, Oauth, FIDO, Federation SSO and SAML.
- You have a deep knowledge of biometrics, authentication and authorization solutions. Additional you are well versed with Intel CPU architecture and chipset architecture to understand and use the client platform capabilities to devise the right solutions.
- Good understanding of Windows IAM solutions (Hello, Passport, Azure AAD) are advantageous.
- You need to be the go-to person and deliver expertise in developing solutions to providing client hardware based solutions in the growing threat landscape.
- Establishing a track record of reliability and trust with team members and security stakeholders is crucial.
- As part of the core Architecture team within Intel Platform Security Division, you be required to work directly with our customers in the product groups as well as provide occasional consulting on related projects is also required.
- Performance in multiple areas of information security, risk management, security engineering, system certification, IT operations security, product assessment, enterprise security engineering, secure systems management, insider threat analysis and protection, cyber situational awareness, secure networking and mobile computing, hardening Windows operating systems, secure workstations, secure data management, secure web technology, and secure protocols, identity protocols and authentication.
Requirements
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your degree, research and or relevant previous job and or internship experiences., US Citizenship required.
Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance.
B.S. in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent technical field and
9+ years of experience or Masters & 6+ years or PhD & 4+ years in:
- Identity Access Management including strong authentication solutions.
- Thorough understanding of the current identity landscape (multi-factor authentication, identity-based threat analytics, identity analytics) for security solutions and specifications.
- Security and Identity related concepts and technologies (biometrics, wearables, device fingerprinting)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Track record of published security white papers, identity articles and patents.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $146,280.00-243,400.00 USD
