Director, Business Intelligence & Strategy

Seeking a strategic leader to drive business intelligence, performance analytics, market insights, budget planning, and communications initiatives across the organization. This role will partner closely with executive leadership to influence business decisions, drive growth, and improve operational performance., Lead business intelligence, market insights, performance analytics, and strategic planning initiatives. Develop executive-level reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks to drive data-informed decision-making. Oversee market, consumer, and competitive intelligence programs. Manage budget planning, resource allocation, and ROI optimization. Lead PR and corporate communications strategy to support business objectives and brand positioning. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Operations to align execution with strategic priorities. Build and develop high-performing teams focused on analytics, reporting, and business performance.

Do you have experience in Strategic planning?, 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Strategy, Analytics, Market Intelligence, Commercial Planning, or related fields. Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing executive decision-making. Strong background in performance management, reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning. Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel. CPG, Food & Beverage, or consumer products experience preferred. MBA and Korean language skills are a plus.
