Conduct customer discovery sessions and technical consultations.

Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts.

Support sales teams in identifying and closing UCaaS opportunities.

Design and recommend communication solutions based on customer requirements.

Deploy and support FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, SIP Trunks, and WebRTC environments.
-
Assist customers during onboarding, migrations, and implementations.
-
Support channel partners with technical training and solution guidance.
-
Troubleshoot SIP, RTP, WebRTC, and VoIP infrastructure issues.

Work closely with engineering, operations, and product teams., * Carrier SIP Interconnections
Success Metrics

Support annual revenue growth targets.

Conduct technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.

Assist in closing new UCaaS opportunities.

Support customer onboarding and deployments.

Enable channel partners through technical training and support.

Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Travel Requirements Must be willing to travel up to 30% for customer meetings, deployments, conferences, tradeshows, partner engagements, and implementation projects.
Requirements
Do you have experience in WebRTC?, * 3-7+ years of UCaaS, VoIP, Telecommunications, or Sales Engineering experience.

Hands-on experience with FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, WebRTC, SIP/RTP, and Linux.

Experience supporting customer-facing demonstrations and deployments.

Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to explain technical concepts to business and technical audiences.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
