Job description
We're looking for a creative and analytical UX/UI Designer to join our team and shape how users experience our products. In this role, you'll transform complex requirements and technical constraints into elegant, intuitive design solutions - from early-stage wireframes to polished, interactive prototypes. You'll be a champion for design excellence, bringing both craft and strategic thinking to every project., * Own the full UX design lifecycle - producing wireframes, site maps, user flows, personas, storyboards, prototypes, and detailed design specifications tailored to each feature's needs.
- Translate business and technical requirements into clear UI and/or business requirement specifications that development teams can act on.
- Apply and uphold brand standards while actively elevating design quality across the product.
- Build design artifacts that bridge the gap between concept and implementation - functional, intuitive, and developer-ready.
- Communicate design decisions with clarity and confidence, articulating rationale to stakeholders and cross-functional teammates.
- Define and steward design guidelines, patterns, and best practices across the organization.
- Lead user research sessions and requirements workshops, driving alignment between design, engineering, architecture, and business teams.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers, developers, technical architects, and business leads throughout the product development process.
Requirements
Do you have experience in User research for product design?, * 3-5 years of hands-on UX/UI design experience in a professional setting.
- A strong portfolio showcasing clean, functional, and user-centered design work - please include context about your specific contributions to each project.
- Demonstrated ability to extract meaning from ambiguous business and technical requirements and translate them into actionable design artifacts.
- Deep knowledge of interaction design principles and UX methodology.
- Proficiency with modern design tools, with Figma strongly preferred.
- A current pulse on UI trends, emerging design techniques, and evolving best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and technical writing skills - you can speak to both designers and engineers fluently.
- Business analysis skills are a strong plus; we value designers who can think beyond the screen.
Benefits & conditions
Full-Time Monday-Friday Permanent Hire Salary Range: $95,000-$110,000 plus bonus and benefits Reporting Mode: 100% remote from anywhere in the United States
