Job description
Walden Media Group manages a growing network of franchise locations, and our tech stack runs on Go High Level. This role sits at the intersection of CRM architecture, automation engineering, and client-facing operations. You'll own the full dashboard lifecycle - from onboarding a new franchisee through go-live - and serve as the internal expert keeping our pipelines clean, our integrations healthy, and our workflows humming.
This is not a "learn as you go" position. We need someone who has been inside GHL at a deep level and can audit, optimize, and build in week one.
What You'll Own
Dashboard Build & Management - Create, configure, and maintain GHL dashboards for multiple franchise locations on an ongoing basis. This is a daily, core responsibility.
Workflow & Automation Architecture - Build, test, and optimize complex workflows, triggers, automated campaigns, pipelines, and snapshots within GHL.
A2P / 10DLC Compliance - Submit and manage 10DLC brand and campaign registration for franchisees. Handle all compliance requirements including Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions setup.
Funnel & Asset Creation - Set up GHL forms, redirect links, landing pages, and email/SMS templates. Configure domain setup and ensure proper brand registration.
System Integrations - Connect GHL to third-party tools via Zapier, webhooks, and native integrations. Understand and work with JSON payloads and API data flows. Experience with Meta and Google integrations is a strong plus.
Data Integrity & Migration - Manage CRM pipeline hygiene, lead tagging logic, data architecture, and support data migration as needed. You understand our reporting and can translate data into actionable insight.
Franchisee Onboarding & Training - Coordinate the full dashboard creation workflow from business info collection through go-live. This is a customer success role, and will require phone calls, customer support, and hands on client management.
Audit & Optimize - In week one, audit our current GHL setups across all locations and surface immediate opportunities for efficiency, consistency, and automation gains., 30 Days - Full audit of existing GHL sub-accounts delivered. Compliance gaps (10DLC, Privacy Policy, T&C) identified and remediation underway. You've shadowed at least two franchisee onboardings and can run the next one independently.
60 Days - Standardized dashboard creation workflow documented and in use. At least one integration or automation improved based on your audit. Regular update cadence with the franchise team established.
90 Days - Operating as the go-to GHL expert internally. New franchisee onboarding is streamlined end-to-end. Reporting is consistent, pipelines are clean, and you're proactively flagging opportunities rather than waiting to be asked.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Tooling?, * 2+ years hands-on GHL administration - funnels, workflows, automations, pipelines, snapshots, sub-accounts
- A2P 10DLC registration - brand setup, campaign submission, compliance management
- API integrations - Webhooks, JSON payloads, and third-party data connections
- Domain configuration - DNS setup, subdomain management, redirect logic, and brand registration
- CRM data architecture - lead tagging logic, pipeline structuring, conditional routing, and data integrity
Strong Plus:
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) & Google Ads integration - pixel setup, lead form sync, conversion tracking
- HTML/CSS working knowledge - custom form styling, webhook configuration, landing page tweaks
- HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent enterprise CRM experience
Who You Are
- You bring solutions, not questions. You're an executor who can scope a problem, propose an approach, and ship it without extensive hand-holding.
- You're obsessively detail-oriented. In CRM work, a misconfigured tag or missed compliance step has real downstream consequences. You catch those before they happen.
- You communicate clearly with non-technical franchise owners - translating what you've built, what's pending, and what they need to do in plain language.
- You're proactively organized across multiple concurrent accounts without dropping balls. You know how to prioritize in an agency-paced environment.
- You're comfortable on camera - conducting dashboard walkthroughs and onboarding trainings with franchisees is a regular part of this role.
- You have an Austin-area presence and can commute to our Downtown Austin office on a hybrid schedule.
Prior agency or franchise experience is a meaningful differentiator. If you've managed multi-location GHL accounts or worked inside a marketing/CRM agency, we want to hear about it specifically.
