We're seeking an AI-focused IT Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role will support AI/ML initiatives, gathering requirements, defining use cases, and helping translate business problems into scalable data and AI solutions., * Partner with stakeholders to identify AI-driven opportunities across business functions

• Gather, document, and refine functional and technical requirements for AI/ML solutions
• Translate business needs into data models, workflows, and system requirements
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers on model development and deployment
• Support process mapping, gap analysis, and future-state design
• Define KPIs and success metrics for AI initiatives
• Assist with user adoption, training, and documentation

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in IT environments
• Experience working with AI/ML, analytics, or data platforms
• Strong understanding of SQL, data flows, and reporting tools
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, * Experience with Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, or Google AI tools
• Exposure to Python or data science workflows
