Job description

  • Lead and contribute across the full SDLC-from requirements and design to development, testing, and deployment of embedded compressor control software
  • Build and enhance real-time embedded systems and interfaces across industrial communication buses, configuration tools, and automated test platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to solve complex software and hardware challenges and improve system performance
  • Drive best practices in software development, including documentation, traceability, configuration management, and test validation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in C/C++ development, including at least 3 years in embedded systems programming
  • Hands-on experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and development tools such as Code Composer Studio, Eclipse, or similar IDEs
  • Strong understanding of data structures, object-oriented programming, and Git-based version control
  • Ability to work across multiple environments (embedded, Linux, Windows) and adapt to evolving technical needs
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous learning
