Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 3+ years of experience administering and configuring ServiceNow. Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
