API Platform & Integration Engineering Manager

• Lead architects and onshore/offshore teams supporting enterprise API and integration platforms
• Oversee enterprise middleware / platform technologies and .NET/Java API ecosystems
• Drive API-first, microservices, SOA, and event-driven architecture practices
• Establish architecture standards, governance, and design reviews
• Partner with engineering, product, and security teams for aligned delivery
• Lead cloud modernization initiatives across Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Ensure platform stability, performance, and continuous improvement
• Promote automation, including AI-driven capabilities, and foster ongoing technical growth

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise middleware / platform technologies
• 5+ years of technical leadership experience
• Strong expertise in APIs, microservices, SOA, and enterprise integration patterns
• Experience with ESB platforms and API ecosystems (.NET or Java)
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture (Kafka, Event Hubs)
• Strong understanding of API security, SSO, OAuth, OIDC, and zero-trust concepts
• Experience with cloud platforms
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated continuous learning and engagement with modern technologies
