Job description

The Digital Solutions Manager Opportunity:

Townsquare Ignite has launched a specialty division dedicated to Home Services, responding to the increasing demand from clients in industries such as HVAC, plumbing, windows, roofing, and general contracting. As a Digital Solutions Manager, you will play a key role in helping these businesses grow through targeted digital marketing strategies, leveraging our Ignite and Interactive solutions.

Your role will focus on identifying and securing new clients in the Home Services sector, managing relationships to ensure their marketing objectives are met, and driving business growth through our full-funnel digital solutions. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where you will work closely with local businesses to deliver results-driven marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Management & Sales Growth: Drive digital sales revenue by securing new clients and expanding relationships with existing Home Services businesses.
  • Strategic Consultation: Act as a trusted marketing partner, providing industry insights and tailored digital advertising solutions that align with each client's business objectives.
  • Solution-Based Selling: Leverage an organic and targeted approach, combining website development, SEO, Business Management Platform integrations (Service Titan, House Call Pro, Field Edge, Service Fusion), and advanced programmatic strategies through LSA, SEM, Direct Mail and Ignite solutions.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Conduct virtual and in-person consultations, offering expertise in industry trends, digital marketing, and performance-driven advertising strategies.
  • Campaign Execution & Optimization: Manage the pre- and post-sale process, ensuring we exceed client expectations through data-driven insights and campaign recommendations.
  • Performance Analysis: Utilize reporting tools to assess campaign effectiveness, providing recommendations that drive incremental business growth for our clients.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Relationship management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 4-year college degree or comparable work experience required

  • 2+ years of experience in programmatic media

  • Experience in digital marketing, advertising sales, or business development, preferably within the home services

  • Strong knowledge of programmatic advertising, SEO, LSA, SEM, and digital performance metrics.

  • Ability to build relationships with local service providers and understand their unique business needs.

  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a problem-solving approach to client challenges.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and drive revenue growth.
