Job description
Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in MSBISSIS to design develop and maintain efficient ETL solutions, Design develop and implement ETL processes using MSBISSIS Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze data requirements Optimize and maintain existing SSIS packages to ensure high performance and data integrity Develop data integration workflows and automate data extraction transformation and loading Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless data flow Create technical documentation for ETL processes and data workflows Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards Stay updated with the latest MSBISSIS tools and best practices to continuously improve data solutions
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of complex SSIS packages and data integration solutions Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand data needs and translate them into technical designs Mentor and guide junior team members in MSBISSIS development and best practices Perform data profiling and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency Manage deployment and version control of SSIS packages in production environments Troubleshoot and resolve ETL process issues and performance bottlenecks Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards Work closely with database administrators to optimize data storage and retrieval Provide technical expertise during project planning and estimation phases
