- Provide on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across multiple departments
- Troubleshoot and resolve software problems related to operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux
- Manage computer hardware including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
- Assist with network administration tasks including LAN setup, TCP/IP configuration, DNS management, VPN connectivity, firewall troubleshooting, and Cisco Meraki devices
- Support IT infrastructure maintenance by managing Active Directory accounts, Group Policy Objects (GPO), Microsoft Windows Server environments, SCCM for system deployment, and BMC Remedy for ticketing
- Conduct regular system updates, patches, and security checks to ensure optimal performance and security compliance

Requirements
Do you have experience in macOS administration?, We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Onsite IT Technician to join our team and ensure the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure across our facility. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide hands-on technical support, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and maintain the overall health of our computer systems. As an integral part of our IT support team, you will deliver exceptional service to users, resolve technical challenges efficiently, and contribute to a productive and innovative work environment. - Experience with Windows Server environments
- Familiarity with printers, Zebra printers, scanners, and shop floor devices
- Experience with Microsoft 365 support
- Knowledge of how to create AI a plus., * Proven experience in IT support or desktop support roles with a strong focus on customer service excellence
- Solid understanding of computer networking concepts including TCP/IP protocols, LAN/WAN architecture, DNS configuration, and network security measures such as firewalls and VPNs
- Hands-on experience with operating systems like Windows (including Windows Server), macOS, and Linux environments
- Proficiency in managing computer hardware components and troubleshooting hardware failures
- Familiarity with enterprise tools such as SCCM for system management, Active Directory for user account management, GPO for policy enforcement, and BMC Remedy or ServiceNow for incident tracking
- Knowledge of network administration including DNS setup, TCP/IP troubleshooting, LAN management, and wireless networking (Meraki)
- Strong analysis skills to diagnose complex technical issues quickly and accurately
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical users
- Ability to work independently on-site while collaborating effectively with remote teams when necessary
