About the company

At Callagy Recovery, we represent medical providers in arbitration efforts to recover proper reimbursement for out-of-network surprise bill claims. We are a recognized leader in the Medical Revenue Recovery space, serving clients that range from solo practitioners to major health systems with more than 50 hospitals. As our healthcare client base continues to expand, we are constantly seeking ways to improve both our business operations and the relationships we build with current and prospective clients. We are focused on delivering increasingly sophisticated, technology-driven solutions that align with the operational realities and expectations of modern healthcare organizations. To support this growth, we are seeking an experienced healthcare technology advisor who can help bridge the gap between our internal operational processes and the complex IT, integration, procurement, and governance environments within hospitals and health systems. Our goal is not simply to improve technical understanding, but to better position our organization, communication strategies, and integration approach in ways that healthcare stakeholders trust, understand, and respect.
