Senior Software Engineer, Core Experiences - Las Vegas, NV, USA

The Senior Software Engineer, Core Experiences is responsible for developing and maintaining foundational services and software development kits (SDKs) that support the organization''s products across platforms. This role bridges product and infrastructure development, focusing on designing clear, reliable application programming interfaces (APIs) and streamlined systems that enhance the user experience. The position plays a key role in delivering efficient and effective technical solutions.

3. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product teams to define project scope and reduce scope when needed to accelerate customer feedback

• Navigate integration and user experience trade-offs across different product teams

• Deliver solutions through cross-platform SDKs

• Optimize existing features for performance improvements such as faster loading and enhanced parsing

• Strong systems thinking with an emphasis on end-to-end design and simplicity

• Ability to work quickly, generating ideas and making decisions on what can be shipped immediately versus what requires more time

• Capacity to maintain focus in a high-growth, remote work environment

• Collaborative skills to work effectively with designers, marketers, and product managers

• Preferred experience with Kotlin Multiplatform; Java experience is acceptable

• Prior experience with Google Cloud Platform is advantageous

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The United States based salary range for this role is 140,000-200,000 USD per year plus bonus and stock options, depending on experience
