Job description

Sales & Business Development

  • Prospect and develop new business through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and marketing leads
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of 3 4x quota coverage at all times
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets ($5M+ annual quota)
  • Conduct discovery calls, needs assessments, and solution presentations

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Build long-term relationships with IT decision makers, CTOs, infrastructure leads, and business owners
  • Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) with key accounts
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts

Solution Selling

  • Position and sell Networking solutions - Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, SD-WAN, managed network services
  • Position and sell Microsoft solutions - Azure, Microsoft 365, Teams, Defender, Sentinel, migrations
  • Position and sell Lenovo solutions - ThinkSystem servers, ThinkAgile HCI, ThinkPad/ThinkStation endpoints, storage, and data center infrastructure
  • Position and sell NVIDIA solutions - GPU computing, AI/ML infrastructure, NVIDIA AI Enterprise, DGX systems, and accelerated computing for data center and edge deployments
  • Collaborate with pre-sales engineers to develop proposals, BOMs, and SOWs
  • Respond to RFPs and RFQs in a timely and compelling manner

Forecasting & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate pipeline and opportunity data in CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot)
  • Provide weekly forecast updates to sales leadership
  • Track activity metrics - calls, meetings, proposals, and closes

Requirements

Do you have experience in Time-based sales targets?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Required

  • 3 5+ years of B2B technology sales experience, preferably at a VAR, MSP, or IT distributor
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota ($3M $5M+)
  • Experience selling across two or more of the following: Networking, Microsoft, Lenovo, or NVIDIA solutions
  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to self-generate pipeline
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)

Preferred

  • Familiarity with Cisco, Juniper, or Palo Alto networking solutions
  • Familiarity with Microsoft partner ecosystem (CSP, MPN, Azure, M365)
  • Experience selling Lenovo data center, endpoint, or HCI solutions
  • Exposure to NVIDIA GPU, AI infrastructure, or accelerated computing sales
  • Experience selling to AI, healthcare, financial services, or manufacturing verticals
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
