Job description

· Develop PLC and HMI software for custom process equipment.

· Program Allen-Bradley CompactLogix and ControlLogix systems using Studio 5000.

· Build FactoryTalk View and/or Ignition SCADA applications.

· Design and tune PID loops for temperature, pressure, flow, and level control.

· Integrate field instrumentation such as thermocouples, RTDs, pressure transmitters, flowmeters, load cells, and control valves.

· Configure VFDs, motors, safety circuits, and industrial communication networks.

· Support factory acceptance testing, site acceptance testing, startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

· Collaborate with mechanical and process engineers to deliver complete automation solutions.

· Create electrical schematics, I/O lists, control narratives, and operating manuals.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Rockwell Studio 5000?, Do you have a Bachelor of Science?, We are seeking an Industrial Controls Engineer to help design and deliver automation solutions for custom process equipment. In this role, you will program, commission, and support control systems for fluidized bed dryers and reactors, thermal processing equipment, and powder and material handling systems. This is a strong fit for an engineer who enjoys hands-on problem solving, cross-functional collaboration, and seeing projects through from design to startup., · Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.

· 3+ years of industrial controls experience.

· Strong working knowledge of Studio 5000, Ethernet/IP, and industrial instrumentation.

· Experience with thermal processing, powder handling, chemical processing, or similar equipment is preferred.

· Ability and willingness to travel for equipment startup and customer support., * industrial controls engineering: 5 years (Required)
