Job description

Job Summary: Application Support II role providing Tier 2 support for a portfolio of enterprise applications., * Diagnosing and resolving functional, configuration, access, and integration issues

  • Partnering with the IT Service Desk on escalations; coordinating fixes with application owners, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Tracking releases and change impacts
  • Maintaining knowledge base articles, runbooks, and support documentation; managing provisioning, deprovisioning, and role changes
  • Using AI tools responsibly for troubleshooting and documentation; participating in testing and deployments; identifying recurring issue patterns
  • Producing clear written handoffs and ticket notes.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Cross-functional communication?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Three (3) or more years of experience in application support, IT support, or related role

  • Demonstrated troubleshooting ability across multiple business applications
  • Experience with ITSM platforms such as FreshService, ServiceNow, Jira, or similar
  • Strong written communication
  • Experience using AI tools responsibly in a professional setting; ability to manage multiple priorities independently; comfort in working cross-functionally
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience/Education:

  • Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or similar industries
  • Familiarity with PLM/PDM tools, ERP systems, or other enterprise platforms
  • Knowledge base ownership; basic understanding of integrations, data flows, and access management
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
