Job description

As an Application Technical Specialist I, you will support technology deployment projects by providing first-level technical support to field technicians, contractors, and vendors implementing hardware and technology solutions in retail locations. This role operates within a technology rollout call center environment and involves handling inbound and outbound calls, troubleshooting implementation issues, tracking project activities, and supporting multiple technology initiatives simultaneously., * Provide first-level technical support to field technicians, contractors, and vendors during technology implementations and upgrades

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to technology rollout projects
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware and technology-related issues
  • Update tracking applications and document support activities
  • Validate system implementation activities and project completion requirements
  • Communicate project updates via email and Excel-based reporting
  • Support multiple technology deployment projects simultaneously
  • Ensure project implementation protocols and procedures are followed
  • Collaborate with project teams to resolve field implementation issues
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communication records, * Support technology rollout and deployment initiatives
  • Assist field technicians with troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Monitor project implementation activities through tracking systems
  • Provide timely communication and updates to project stakeholders
  • Maintain project documentation and reporting
  • Adapt work schedules as needed to support implementation activities across different time zones

Requirements

Do you have experience in Word embeddings?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High School Diploma or GED required

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment

Must Haves:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills
  • Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel proficiency
  • Ability to work onsite in Smithfield, RI
  • Flexibility to work adjusted shift schedules based on project needs
