Job description
As an Application Technical Specialist I, you will support technology deployment projects by providing first-level technical support to field technicians, contractors, and vendors implementing hardware and technology solutions in retail locations. This role operates within a technology rollout call center environment and involves handling inbound and outbound calls, troubleshooting implementation issues, tracking project activities, and supporting multiple technology initiatives simultaneously., * Provide first-level technical support to field technicians, contractors, and vendors during technology implementations and upgrades
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to technology rollout projects
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and technology-related issues
- Update tracking applications and document support activities
- Validate system implementation activities and project completion requirements
- Communicate project updates via email and Excel-based reporting
- Support multiple technology deployment projects simultaneously
- Ensure project implementation protocols and procedures are followed
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve field implementation issues
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication records, * Support technology rollout and deployment initiatives
- Assist field technicians with troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Monitor project implementation activities through tracking systems
- Provide timely communication and updates to project stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation and reporting
- Adapt work schedules as needed to support implementation activities across different time zones
Requirements
Do you have experience in Word embeddings?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment
Must Haves:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of work experience
- Strong communication skills
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills
- Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel proficiency
- Ability to work onsite in Smithfield, RI
- Flexibility to work adjusted shift schedules based on project needs
