Job description

This is a full-time remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S. The Enterprise Applications Solutions Architect will design and implement strategic technology solutions that align with business objectives, with specific focus on enterprise SaaS platforms including Salesforce, ServiceNow, NetSuite, Contact Center technologies & Integrations. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to develop scalable, secure, and efficient enterprise application architectures with an emphasis on integration, automation, and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have significant functional exposure to commercial operations, finance processes, quote-to-cash workflows, and contact center operations to deliver high-impact productivity solutions. This role will collaborate extensively with application teams, business stakeholders, developers, and vendor partners to design and implement best-in-class, optimal solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Design comprehensive enterprise application architectures that support business requirements and strategic initiatives
  • Evaluate and recommend technology solutions across key platforms including Salesforce, ServiceNow, NetSuite, LMS, KM and Contact Center technologies
  • Create detailed solution designs, reference architectures, and technical documentation following industry best practices
  • Architect integrated application ecosystems that connect enterprise platforms through APIs, middleware, and native integrations
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the implementation of enterprise solutions
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions that deliver optimal business value
  • Partner with application teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and leverage existing investments
  • Work with developers to provide architectural guidance, review code, and ensure implementation quality
  • Engage with sourcing, vendors and technology partners to evaluate solutions, establish best practices, and optimize implementation approaches
  • Develop automation strategies leveraging platform-specific tools and AI capabilities
  • Design and implement AI-enhanced business processes across enterprise applications
  • Establish architectural standards, best practices, and governance processes
  • Develop comprehensive architecture documentation including solution blueprints, data flows, integration patterns, and security models
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to development teams

Requirements

Do you have experience in Systems integration?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise application development and architecture
  • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing complex enterprise solutions
  • Experience architecting integrated multi-platform solutions that connect enterprise applications
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS integration
  • Experience implementing automation solutions and AI/ML capabilities within enterprise applications
  • Expertise in API design, microservices architecture, and integration patterns
  • Understanding of data architecture, security frameworks, and compliance requirements
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Proven track record of successful collaboration with business stakeholders, application teams, developers, and vendors
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Certification in relevant platforms (Salesforce Certified Architect, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, etc.) preferred

Demonstrated expertise in at least two of the following platforms:

  • Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, AgentForce)
  • ServiceNow (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITBM)
  • NetSuite ERP
  • NICE inContact or other contact center platforms
  • Microsoft Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio)

Functional Domain Experience:

  • Commercial operations (CRM, CPQ, order management, sales enablement)
  • Finance processes (ERP, billing, revenue recognition, financial reporting)
  • Quote-to-Cash process optimization and system integration
  • Contact center operations (OmniChannel, SelfService, Service AI, IVR Automation)
