Job description

This role requires a highly skilled Salesforce Developer/Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce Voice and AWS Connect integration. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust solutions that seamlessly connect Salesforce Service Cloud Voice with AWS Contact Center services. This involves architecting scalable and secure integrations, developing custom components, and ensuring optimal performance and user experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both Salesforce platform capabilities and AWS cloud services, particularly AWS Connect, Lambda, and S3, to deliver innovative voice solutions. This position demands a blend of hands-on development, architectural vision, and strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and drive successful project delivery.

  • Designing and architecting end-to-end Salesforce Voice and AWS Connect integration solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  • Developing custom Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components to extend Salesforce functionality for voice integration.
  • Configuring and customizing Salesforce Service Cloud Voice features, including call routing, IVR flows, and agent desktop enhancements.
  • Implementing CTI integrations between Salesforce and AWS Connect, leveraging AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and other AWS services.
  • Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and propose effective solutions.
  • Performing code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to Salesforce, AWS Connect, and their integrations.
  • Creating detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, integration guides, and deployment procedures.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce and AWS technologies, trends, and best practices, and recommending their adoption where appropriate.
  • Mentoring junior developers and providing technical guidance to the development team.
  • Participating in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
