Lead Front End Developer (React..js)

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of complex front-end applications using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Build scalable, multi-tenant frontend platforms that support multiple clients, brands, or business units
• Develop and maintain reusable component libraries, design systems, and shared UI frameworks
• Architect and implement efficient API integration patterns (REST, GraphQL) to consume backend services
• Collaborate with backend engineers to define API contracts and ensure seamless data flow between systems
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness across web and mobile platforms
• Drive frontend best practices, including code quality, testing, accessibility, and performance standards
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide technical guidance to the team
• Partner with product, design, and engineering stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Support CI/CD pipelines and modern build tools for frontend delivery

• 7+ years of front-end development experience with a focus on modern JavaScript frameworks
• Strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript
• Experience building and supporting React Native applications for mobile platforms
• Proven experience designing and implementing multi-tenant frontend architectures
• Strong understanding of API integration patterns
• Solid understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards
