Solution Architect

We are looking for a seasoned Azure Cloud Application Architect with Banking domain knowledge and business process analysis skills who is excited and passionate about bringing new products to market. The individual will have the opportunity and responsibility to work across all aspects of the solution - feature requirements, architecture and design, implementation, and customer integrations. The individual will join a team of talented engineers working in a fast paced, agile environment, developing a groundbreaking, multi-tenant, cloud-based payments platform. We are seeking an

independent and motivated engineer with strong communication skills, who wants to see his or her work change an industry. A qualified candidate will ensure projects are executed well and delivered as promised with high quality and customer satisfaction

Candidate must have skills:

• BS Computer Engineering or Computer Science, or related/equivalent experience
• 8 years of experience in Tech Lead/Architect
• System design, architecture
• Azure Cloud
• Software development - .NET core, Java/Springboot, Microservices & APIs, React
• JS, Angular JS, Vue JS, JavaScript, HTML 5, and CSS
• Database & ETL/ELT Postgres, Azure SQL, Databricks
• Security best practices, Devops & CI/CD - Kubernetes, Terraform,
• Integration/Middleware - Kafka
• 5 years of experience in Agile SDLC
• Lead sprint reviews, scrum ceremonies, and backlog to satisfy project requirements
• Drive overall coordination with stakeholders and team
• Familiarity with API integrations and system integrations
• Proficient in stakeholder management, Team leadership and mentoring
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, PM & ALM tools e.g. Azure DevOps or Jir
• Preferred - Experience in working on payments platform.
• Ability to work closely with on-site and off-site teams in a fast-paced Agile environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter with strong and proactive work ethic
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Experience with Git or comparable source-control tool
• Strong oral and written communication skills, Leads communication across different IT and business teams
• Lead development team and provide technical leadership
• Speak English fluently and clearly
• Works independently, often determining own work priorities.
• Strong collaboration, multi-tasking and organization skills.

Desired Skills:

• Prior Financial Industry and or payments experience
• Experience with Atlassian stack (JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket)
• Agile coaching and SAF

Pay Range: $ 110,500 - 130,000 $ Per Year Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
