Seeking an Agile Coach to drive Agile adoption and support team workflows using ADO.

Define how teams should use ADO within Agile processes (beyond technical configuration)

Standardize sprint ceremonies, backlog structure, and definitions of done

Run pilot teams and refine processes prior to scaling

Coach managers, team leads, and delivery teams on Agile best practices

Requirements
5+ years of Agile coaching, Scrum Master, or similar experience

Deep expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)

Experience defining how teams operationalize tools like ADO within Agile workflows (not just technical use)

Experience standardizing sprint rituals, backlog management, and definitions of done across teams

Proven experience running pilot teams and scaling Agile best practices across an organization

Experience coaching managers, team leads, and delivery teams

Strong communication, facilitation, and change management skills - Experience working alongside ADO implementations or transformations

Enterprise or large-scale organizational experience

Scrum/Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, etc.)
